DISREGARD THE PREVIOUS EMAIL FOR THIS RIDE ON TUESDAY, BELOW IS THE REVISED RIDE DETAILS.
Here's a one-time change for the weekly Country Cruise on Tuesday, Oct. 29th.
Anticipating sunny skies, zero chance for precipitation, and perhaps the peak of fall colors, the ride will depart at 9:30 a.m. from French Memorial Park on Martin Mill Parkway.
At that time, temperatures are forecast to be in the mid-40s.
The route will be along roads that should showcase views of valley ridges catching the foliage colors under the morning sun. The pace will be casual, and we will stop when anyone wants to snap a Kodak memory or adjust their kit's layering.
The mileage will be in the 25 to 30-mile range. Per county policy, expect public bathrooms to be closed by Nov. 1, 2024 for winterization.
Standard Country Cruise protocol applies; i.e No drop, Helmet required, Wheelmen membership or guest waiver, & pleasant disposition. Repercussions possible for riders deemed to be a triple threat violating RL's ego by being stronger, better looking, and possessing stage talents of song & dance.
Thanks ;)
