The weekly Country Cruise on Tuesday is looking for club members and guests to enjoy various routes thru Knox, Sevier, and Blount counties. The rides are no drop, social, with an average speed of 12 - 14 mph. Depending on the time of year mileage can range from 35 to 50+.
Meet at French Memorial Park, 7752 Martin Mill Pike (next to Howard Pinkston Library), and roll out at 9:30 a.m. Important: If overnight temperatures are freezing or lower, departure time will be delayed to allow road ice to melt. If daytime temperatures are forecast to reach into the upper 40s, I will ride.
On the morning of the ride, if it is canceled it will be posted on the Wheelmen FaceBook group.
Guests are required to sign the Wheelmen waiver for the privilege to ride with us and helmets are required for all riders.
Bathrooms are closed for the winter at the French Memorial Park.
