Please come out this Wednesday September 9th for a fun ride known as The Lower 40. We will ride from Vonore to Tellico Plains and back. Depending on how many riders show up we may break into several groups. Approximately half way we can regroup at the visitor center in Tellico Plains. Restrooms are available there. As always please let the ride leaders know where you would like to see future rides.

EVENT: Lower 40
WHEN: Wednesday September 9th, 2026 - Rollout time 8:30 AM - We will make a quick stop at Hardees for any last minute restroom stop.
WEATHER: Wednesday with be partly cloudy At 9 AM temperature will be approximately 69 degrees and at Noon approximately 81 degrees. . Drink plenty of fluids and please watch out for one another.

PARKING: PLEASE PARK AWAY FROM THE BUILDING
ROUTE: The route is approximately 44 miles with about 2000 feet of climbing.
